You can download the OPC Alarms & Events Server Toolkit and build your own server. Here is what you can do with the toolkit demo software.

	Examine the details of a sample OPC A&E Server. The sample server is installed automatically when you install the demo. Source code and a document entitled "Exploring the Sample Server" are included.
	Build your own OPC A&E Server. The demo includes everything you need to build an OPC A&E Server including the DLL and a detailed reference manual. NOTE: The DLL to which your application links will timeout after 30 minutes. The OPC A&E interfaces will cease to respond or ignore new OPC client requests.
